So, I went to the Tioga Monday Farmer's Market and did an interview. First, i arrived and when I realized that I didnt know how to work video on my camera I thought okay I will go back home and read the instructions but on the way there and on the way back I was filming practice videos to test the sound and etc. When playing it back on the camera itself you cannot hear the audio but when you hook it up to the computer you can. So, after I discovered that I asked my roomate to go with me to hold the camera while I ask the questions and just to be safe I used my cell phone as a tape recorder :) BUT (doom, doom, doom) after my interview I had to go to the Verizion store to replace my phone that was malfunctioning. The guy exchanged my phone with a new one, transferred all my contacts and pictures over and I left......well on the way home I realized that my project was on that phone that was scheduled to be shipped off in the morning :( so I had to call the store back and by the way I sat on hold for about 15-20 minutes BUT I was NOT hanging up whatsoever......I HAD TO STOP THEM FROM SENDING MY PHONE BACK!!!! Finally a representative answered and I told him what had happened and it was SO nice of him to hold my phone until today when I was able to go and transfer my interview from the old phone to the exchanged one. CLOSE CALL, WHEW.

Oh, boy! What a almost terrible story! I think our presentation went well and I liked what you had to say for your part! I think that doing a play in the doctors office was a really good idea!
ReplyDeleteThat's great that you got your phone back...I'm sure that was scary! Your presentation went great it would have been sad if you had lost the interview. Oh, and by the way you did a fantastic job on your presentation, Brittany!
