Shit, i almost forgot to write this, its 1 in the morning lol. Well anyways i thought my analysis essay didn't go to well. But i was thinking about the piece that i wrote about, Uneducated American by Paul Krugman. I'm sure you guys read it, and i was just wanted to say that i completely agree with it. If the American government doesn't do something to get our national education up to snuff, then we could see more of a decline in our graduation rate. i think the government should put more money into education and less in other places. People, once wanted to come to America and study, now i think that in time more will want to go to other countries. Like Krugman said, Education made America great; neglect of education can reverse the process.
Personally I think that is debatable about putting more money into the education system because the education system was absolutely apex during the depression which is ironic that was when the government put less money in the public school...so I have to say that I disagree with Paul Krugman.

yea I was wondering about where the money was going from the Lottery? I thought schools were supposed to benefit from the Lottery? I mean isn't that the whole idea why we have the lottery? I guess it's just a scam, like most things are these days...
ReplyDeleteYea. I completely understand how you alomst forgot to post. So like I had told you the other day" I forgot to post my blog BUT I still am going to reply because at least I can get some points right? :) Anyway, I first chose to write about the uneduacted American but once we got the assignment paper I changed it to the first article about Obama. So, as it was stated I agree also with what Paul wrote in his artice about education changing for the worse! And I would like to add (just in case to whom it may concer maight be reading this lol)........MAKE EDUCATION MORE AFFORDABLE GEESH :)
